I didn't set out to become a coach, it found me somewhere between a church hall in Stellenbosch, a classroom in Tanzania, and a conversation with a friend that led to working with a national sports team. Those experiences, alongside five years in the non-profit education and youth space, shaped everything Atrium is built on: the belief that people grow best when they are supported, understood, and connected to something meaningful. I hold a Level 1 Performance Coaching qualification and a short course in Change Management, but what drives my work is simpler than any credential, I want to be a bridge that helps people move from where they are to where they are capable of being.

Atrium is built on the conviction that true development is both personal and collective. Growth begins in us, is lived out through us, and creates impact around us. Through structured coaching in life, career, and sport performance, we help individuals and teams turn intention into consistent progress. Through Community Investment, we help businesses engage in meaningful social impact without the administrative burden.

We don't believe in coaching as an open conversation with no destination. Every session, programme, and workshop at Atrium has a structure and a deliverable, a goal you can point to and a plan you can act on.
